Our onboarding process is structured to move efficiently, we handle the setup, system access, data migration, and workflow design so you do not have to. If you have a time-sensitive need, we can discuss an accelerated timeline at the point of engagement.

All client engagements are governed by a comprehensive confidentiality agreement. We operate strict data security protocols and do not share client information across engagements under any circumstances. Your financial information is treated with the same discretion we would want applied to our own.

Our experience across Africa, the UK, and Canada means geography has never limited the quality of what we deliver.

All LODE. engagements are priced on a fixed monthly retainer or a fixed project fee, never hourly. Pricing is determined at the engagement design stage based on scope, complexity, and time commitment. We do not publish a rate card because no two businesses are the same, and we would rather price your engagement accurately than quote a number that does not reflect what you actually need.
